Install a cistern 12,600 gallon Gunite Cistern, 14' x 20' for future irrigation. Special Conditions: Must maintain 10' side yard and front yard setbacks. Water receipt must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Irrigation permit must be submitted with a layout and permit must be submitted & approved annually. Contractor: Binder Pools
