Renovate existing dwelling to include kitchen reno with new cabinets, remove flooring and install new flooring in dining room and kitchen entry way and replace carpet in existing finished basement due to flood. Special Conditions: Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted if any electric is replaced. If any wall cover is removed from the interior side of an exterior wall, insulation must meet requirements of 2025 Energy Code, including basement walls.
