Installation of a 15' x 48' in-round Gunite swimming pool with propane heater as shown on drawing submitted approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. All Near shore Overlay District regulations apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction & remain in place until permanent fence is installed within ninety days. All doors withing pool enclosure must be alarmed with approved UL 2017 alarms & windows withing enclosure must have window limiters. Original electrical underwriter certificate, water receipt and updated final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked. No dewatering allowed. Must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code, and all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO. SEPARATE PERMIT required for any patio or deck around swimming pool.
