Construct a new 3906 sq. ft.' four- bedroom dwelling with 150 KW generator, new driveway gravel walkways, parking area 800 AMP service, two 1000-gallon UG buried propane tanks and mechanical system as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake 100' wetlands and foundation and stakes to remain in place throughout construction. Silt fencing required at regulated areas & to remain in place and maintained. NO materials/ equipment permitted in regulated areas. Radiant Heat in slab on grade requires a minimum of R-15 insulation. Buried propane tanks must be a minimum of 100' from all domestic water wells. Existing deck railings must be code compliant. A foundation survey must be submitted prior to start of framing with setbacks marked for East side of house. As per SCDHS R-R-25-1230, dated 2.25.26 for a max of 9 bedrooms, original electrical underwriter certificate, final as-built survey & green stamped BOH final survey showing all new improvements labeled with setbacks marked, septic registry, well registry, blower door/duct blast test results, elevator certification certificate, and elevation survey once highest point of framing is established and water test results, all must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
