Expand existing deck 98 SF and repair deck as needed. Construct new stairs to hold a proposed minimum distance of 59’-6” from the Wetlands Boundary as staked by EN Consultants on 2/21/2024. Proposed work is per Site Plan by Stanley Dahir Architect PLLC Dated 12/28/2025, based upon Survey by Nathan Taft Corwin III Land Surveyor last revised 4/19/2024. Per DEC Letter of No-Jurisdiction with application ID #1-4732-01175/00001 Dated December 17, 2024. Special Conditions: As per Town Board Resolution 2026-328 dated June 30, 2026 for one time, 100' wetlands exemption as per approved plans. Any electrical work will require original underwriter's certificate. Must install and maintain silt fence to contain storm water. No heavy machinery in regulated areas or staging of materials.
