Re-insulate and air sealing the attic/envelope and replacing the two AC systems retrofit the existing with new Bosch CCasHP units. Existing oil system to remain and be configured as backup system as per manuals submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Contractor: VFD Contracting LLC
