Construct two-story, single-family dwelling with attached two car garage, 4392 sq. ft.' living space, 538 sq. ft. attached garage and 515 sq. ft.' porches as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake all setbacks and stakes to remain in place throughout construction and a foundation survey must be submitted with setbacks marked prior to start of framing. As per all Near Shore Overlay District regulations. As per all terms & conditions of DEC Letter of no Jurisdiction dated 9.2.2025 #1-4732-01182/00001, as per SCDHS permit dated 4.21.26 #R-26-0118 with max 6/0/4 bedrooms. Original electrical underwriter certificate, Blower door/ Duct Blast test results required, water test results, final green stamped survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked, Sanitary & Well registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. All exterior lighting to be "Dark Sky" compliant. Separate permit required for any additional work not listed on this permit, ex. pools, patios etc. Contractor: TBD
