Re-roof existing dwelling, and some insulation and sheetrock and painting as needed. Remove plaster and wood paneling from parlor, stair-well and hallway and replace with sheet rock. Special Conditions: Original Electrical Underwriter if any electric is modified or added. Where wall cavities are exposed, cavities shall be insulated full depth and having minimal nominal value of R-3 per-inch. Per NY R503.1.1.3 of the Energy conservation code of NYS. Must schedule insulation inspection prior to installation of wall cover. Areas where plaster is being replaced must be isolated from the area of the house where no alterations are being made.
