Construct a two-bedroom ADU and finish habitable basement approx. 650 sq. ft.' as per Revised plans by Sherman engineering, dated 8.31.26plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS Ref #R-25-1300 dated 8.10.2025 for a maximum of 6/2 bedrooms. Two-bedroom ADU with a maximum occupancy of four individuals. Exterior lighting must be 'Dark Sky' compliant. Well & septic registry, blower door/duct blast test, and original electrical underwriter's certificate and final SCDHS green-stamped survey required prior to issuance of CO.
