Expand existing raised wood deck 110 sq. ft.' and install a hot tub 7' x 7' x 36" on concrete slab foundation to be flushed with deck, as per drawing submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Hot Tub requires locking cover and must be filled by trucked in water. Drywell must be installed and inspected prior to issuance of CO. Contractor: David Campos
