Retaining Wall

Construct a 40' retaining wall on property line as required from SCDH for new septic system, as per survey and site plan submitted by Buttercup Design, dated3.6.26 & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Side-line property line must be staked prior to start of construction. Footings and forms must be inspected prior to concrete pour. Final survey must be submitted showing all new improvements including location of retaining wall with setbacks marked prior to issuance of CO. Contractor: ECUA Pools Construction
