Construct a wooden sauna 63" x 81", 35.3 sq ft. and attached rinse station @ 9.5sq. ft.' total 44.8 sq. ft.' and plant 5 Eastern Red Cedars and one Hydrangea as shown for 100 sq. ft.' exemption in the wetlands as depicted on Site Plan drawn and submitted by owner, based upon survey by Nathan Taft Corwin III Land Surveyor, dated March 1, 2016. This is considered the one time 100 sq. ft.' exemption approved by Town Board dated 9.30.25. Special Conditions: Electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician and must submit original electrical underwriter certificate, and new updated survey showing all improvements with the 75' & 100' wetlands boundaries from freshly staked wetlands, well & septic locations, all zoning setbacks & 2' contours & distance of structures from wetlands boundaries & property lines.
