Demolish existing in-ground pool and patio and construct a new in-ground pool, 16' x 32' and a new patio, 800 sq. ft.', new drywell, new pool equipment, fenced in, all located as per survey submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. No dewatering allowed. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction and remain in place throughout construction until final fencing is installed within ninety days. Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate and final updated survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked and must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code, and all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO.
