Construct a two-story, single-family dwelling as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions; As per SCDHS approval #R0-25-0522 dated 4.29.26 for max. of four bedrooms, expires 4.29.29. Foundation survey required prior to framing. All exterior lighting must be 'dark sky' compliant. Water test results, well & septic registry, blower door/duct blast test and original, stamped electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
