Replace deck surface of existing wrap around deck and new railings. Replace existing 4" posts with 6" posts. Remove and replace Fascia all work in-kind, in -place. Deck is 1908 sq. ft.' Special Conditions: Footprint and square footage of deck must remain the same. if framing is rotted or failing it may be replaced in-kind. If majority of framing is failing and must be re-framed entirely contact the Building Dept. before continuing. All permits need final inspections and need to be closed out prior to issuance of CO.
