Construct a two-story addition to existing seasonal dwelling, with decks approx. 493 sq. ft.' and total heated space 642 sq. ft.'. Each floor is a single room with a family room on lower level and an office on upper level with attached decks as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake foundation & stakes to remain in place throughout construction & a Foundation survey with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to framing. All new glazing (windows & doors) must follow 2025 energy code requirements. Septic registry, duct blast test results, Hers ratings, original electrical underwriter certificate & final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
