Installation of a 16'x40' Gunite pool with pool heater. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances and conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. Separate permit required for any patio/decking. All exterior doors within pool enclosure require approved UL2017alarms. All windows within pool enclosure will need sash limiters. Updated final survey including pool equipment and drywell with setbacks marked, water receipt and an original, sealed underwriter's certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the current NY State Residential Pool Code prior to issuance of CO.
