Renovate two bathrooms: 1. same location -all new fixtures 2. conversion of existing closet to shower and all new fixtures. Electrical and plumbing upgrades as required. Special Conditions: If any interior drywall is removed from an exterior wall, insulation must meet requirement of 2025 energy code. If bathroom fans are upgraded, they must meet the CFM requirements of the 2025 energy code. A framing, plumbing, insulation and final inspection must be completed and an original, stamped electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
