Installation of an inground 12'x36' Gunite pool with an in-pool spa and an automatic cover. Installation of a 471 s/f pool patio on a cement slab. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances and conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. All exterior doors within pool enclosure require approved UL2017 alarms. All windows within pool enclosure will need sash limiters. Updated final survey including pool equipment and drywell with setbacks marked, water receipt and an original, sealed underwriter's certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the NYS Uniform Pool Code prior to issuance of CO.
