Special Conditions: Hot tub will require a locking safety cover that complies with ASTM F1346. Hot tub required to be within zoning setbacks (20' side/rear, 40' front) Surveyor to stake 20' setback and stakes to remain in place, an original, stamped electrical underwriter's certificate and final survey showing location of hot tub are all required prior to issuance of CO.
