Demolish existing 16' x 40' Gunite pool, spa and wood deck. Install new 16'x 40' Gunite Pool in place with automatic cover, and a new 900 sq. ft.' patio on cement slab. Pool equipment & drywell will be reused in existing location. Special Conditions: All town code pool ordinance & NYS pool regulations apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction and must remain in place until final fencing is in place. No dewatering allowed. Water receipt, original underwriter certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code and all other applicable regulations prior to issuance of CO.
