Remove existing AC equipment to allow for the installation of a 14' x 34' in-ground Gunite Pool with built in-spa and automatic cover. Pool equipment to be located in basement of dwelling. Re-install new AC as per plans submitted. & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake 20's/y setback and stakes to remain in place throughout construction until a final survey is submitted showing setbacks marked. As per all terms & conditions of Town Wetlands permit Res. #32-2024 dated 10.8.24. As per all terms & conditions of NYDEC permit #1-4732-00349/00006 dated 8.23.21 exp. 8.22.26, modified 8.24.22 exp. 8.22.26. Wetlands must be staked & stakes to remain in place until project is complete. Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. No dewatering allowed. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation & must remain in place until final fencing is installed within ninety days. Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate & updated final survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked.
