Convert existing two-car garage into a fourth bedroom and bathroom as per m. Two-car garage addition with family room above. Demolition of existing 288 s/f living room to be replaced with enlarged living room and renovation of existing kitchen as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. \nSpecial Conditions: The addition of the fourth bedroom is approved as per SCDHS newly installed CEN 5-Fuji Clean I/A septic system for a mix. of 4 bedrooms. Heat sensor will be required in new garage ceiling. All exterior lighting must be 'dark sky' compliant. Garage conversion & and second floor of garage will require blower door/duct blast test results. The second floor of garage not to be used as a bedroom or sleeping area.
