Construct a two-story, single-family dwelling, approx. 3,288 sq. ft.' as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS Permit R-26-0419 for maximum of six bedrooms dated 4.6.26. The proposed front deck, Front yard setback needs to be staked prior to start of framing and stakes to remain in place throughout construction until a final updated survey is submitted showing setbacks. Must follow 2025 Energy Code. Blower Door Duct Blast pressure test results, well & septic registry, water test results, original electrical underwriter certificate, as built survey & SCDH green stamped final survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
