Install a 20'x40' Gunite pool with heater as located on survey supplied. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances and conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. All exterior doors within pool enclosure require approved UL2017alarms. All windows within pool enclosure will need sash limiters. Pool deck/patio not included on permit will require additional permit. Swimming pool required to be => 20' from septic tank. Updated final survey including pool equipment and drywell with setbacks marked, water receipt and an original, sealed underwriter's certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the current 2025 NY State Residential Pool Code, section R-328 prior to issuance of CO.
