Renovate existing garage and add a 449 sq. ft.' addition to garage to be used for storage only, as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake s/y setbacks & stakes to remain in place throughout construction. All near shore overlay district regulations apply. Drywell inspection required. Foundation survey must be submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. prior to start of framing. Slab edge insulation and heat sensor in garage required. Not to be used for sleeping purposes, no bedrooms permitted. No cooking/or kitchen allowed. All exterior lighting to be "Dark Sky" compliant.
