Construct a 20' x 40' in-ground pool as shown on survey. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. All exterior doors within pool enclosure require approved UL2017 alarms. All windows within pool enclosure will need sash limiters. Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate and final updated survey showing all new structures with setbacks marked must be submitted and all the requirements of the current NY State Residential Pool Code must be met prior to issuance of CO.
