Installation of an 8'x30' Gunite pool with an automatic cover. Surveyor must stake side yard and rear and remain in place throughout the project. Drywell & rebar inspection required. All pool ordinances and conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. Separate permit required for any patio/decking. No excavated materials or construction equipment in regulated areas. Silt fencing to be installed and maintained throughout construction. All doors to pool enclosure must be alarmed with UL2017 door alarms and sash limiters must be installed on all windows to pool enclosure. Updated final survey including pool equipment and drywell with setbacks marked, water receipt and an original, stamped underwriter's certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the current 2025 NY State Residential Pool Code, section R-328 and prior to issuance of CO.
