Installation of an 8'x30' Gunite pool with an automatic cover and pool heater as per survey submitted. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of construction & remain in place until permanent fence is installed within ninety days. Edge of bluff not to be disturbed and no heavy equipment allowed within the area outside the "Top of Bluff". Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate & updated final survey showing all new improvements & must meet all the requirements of the 2025 NY State Residential Pool Code must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
