Replace existing windows in place, renovate three bathrooms and kitchen, replace sheetrock and repartition walls to rearrange bedroom & bath, replace circular stairway on second floor with standard staircase with middle landing, and re-do floors as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: Need to submit an original electrical underwriter certificate. If any drywall is removed from exterior walls or ceiling the insulation must conform to 2025 NYS Energy Code.
