Construct a 434 sq. ft.' pool house with 266 sq ft.' covered area with half bath, storage area, outside BBQ & bar area. Existing patio to be extended by approx. 1680 sq. ft.', install an outdoor shower/ changing room at rear of pool house as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: All near shore overlay districts regulations apply. As per SCDHS approval #R-25-2014 with max 5 bedrooms in main dwelling. No cooking and No bedrooms allowed in pool house. All doors within pool enclosure to be alarmed with UL 2017 alarms & all windows within enclosure to have sash limiters. Both the outdoor sink and the outdoor shower need its own dedicated drywell & both drywells must be inspected. Final green stamped survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate and septic registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
