Construct two dormers on the back of dwelling and replace five of the existing windows and one glider. Renovate master bathroom with updated electric and plumbing in place as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector and Energy Code Compliance calculations submitted by Architect, Donald A. Kolacki. Special Conditions: Original electrical underwriter certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. No change in bedroom count. No expansion of living area. New windows must meet 2025 EECC. Windows must be U-0.27 with SHGC .0.40, walls must be R-30 or R20 5C or R13 10C. Roof must be R-49. Must install silt fence to prevent runoff. no equipment or storage of materials on the waterside of dwelling. Any runoff to wetlands will trigger SWPP permit. Contractor: J. Foley Construction
