Construct an accessory dwelling unit with unfinished basement with patios & finish off basement in existing dwelling as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake all setbacks and stakes to remain in place throughout construction. Foundation survey must be submitted & approved prior to start of framing. As per SCDHS approval R-25-2054 for 8 bedrooms main & 1 in accessory sleeping dated 1.3.26. Original electrical underwriter certificate, SCDHS final updated green stamped survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, Septic registry blower door test results must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
