Install a new 16'x36' inground Gunite pool with an automatic cover and propane heater as per survey supplied. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances and conditions apply. Temporary fence must be installed immediately at the start of excavation and must remain in place until final NYS code complaint fencing is installed within 90 days of excavation. No dewatering allowed. All exterior doors within pool enclosure required to have UL 2017 approved alarms. All windows within pool enclosure to have sash limiters. Separate permit required for any patio/decking. Updated final survey including pool equipment and drywell with setbacks marked, water receipt and an original, sealed underwriter's certificate must be submitted and must meet all the requirements of the current 2025 NY State Residential Pool Code, section R-326 and prior to issuance of CO.
