Demo existing pump house & construct approx. 20'-8" x 24'-7" one story pumphouse and a 37' x49' underground water cistern as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: As per all terms & conditions of Resolution #445 dated 11.18.25. Site inspection required for the construction of cistern and Pump House to include footing inspections, all waterproofing of wall panels & connections. Slab inspections required.
