Construction of a concrete in-ground swimming pool, 18'x34' with coping & 1936 sq. ft.' of decking & pool equipment pad, utility connections & 7'4" x 7'2"sauna as per plans submitted & approved. Special Conditions: Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinances & conditions apply. No De-watering allowed. All doors within pool enclosure shall be alarmed with approved UL2017 alarms &. All windows within to have sash limiters. Water receipt original electrical underwriter certificate & updated survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO and Must meet all the requirements of the current NYS Uniform Code and all other applicable regulations.
