Construct a 732.49 sq. ft.', approx. 22'.2" x 19'.9" two- story addition to existing accessory building to create accessory sleeping with Unfinished basement, as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: Surveyor must stake side yard setback and stakes to remain in place throughout construction, and a FOUNDATION survey must be submitted prior to start of framing. As per SCDHS R-25-2085 for a max. of six bedrooms. Foundation survey that is legible showing the setbacks required prior to the start of framing. Well & septic registry, water test results, final green stamped SCDH survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked and an original electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. No cooking/full kitchen permitted in accessory sleeping until ZBA approval.
