Construct a two-story, single-family dwelling with four bedrooms and a detached structure for accessory sleeping with one-bedroom, wet bar and bathroom above with NO cooking allowed, as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS approval #R-25-0830 dated 12.18.25 for six bedrooms. Surveyor to stake setbacks and stakes to remain in place throughout construction. Foundation survey must be submitted showing setbacks prior to start of framing. Circular stairs not for primary staircase. All near overlay district regulations apply. Septic Registry, blower door/duct blast test results, original electrical underwriter certificate, Final green stamp SCDHS survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Heat sensor required in garage ceiling. All windows & doors within pool enclosure must have required alarms & sash limiters where required. Accessory Dwelling not to be used for Rental purposes.
