Construct an art studio as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: No plumbing/piping/water allowed without SCDHS approvals. All exterior lighting must be 'dark sky' compliant. All exterior doors within pool enclosure must be alarmed with approved UL2017 alarms. All windows within pool enclosure will require sash limiters. A final survey and original stamped electrical underwriter's certificate must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. This permit does not include repairs to existing dock.
