Convert existing barn to be used as main dwelling, 3064 sq. ft.' with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths and construct front deck 588 sq. ft.' and two ac units as per survey. Special Conditions: As per all terms & conditions of ZBA approval #11-2025 dated 10.27.25. As per SCDHS approval #R-25-0986 dated 2.7.26 for max six bedrooms. Duct blast/blower door test results must be submitted. Original electrical underwriter certificate, SCDHS green stamped survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, water test results, well & septic registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Separate permit required for any other work not listed on this permit including swimming pool etc. All exterior lighting to be "dark sky" compliant. Heat sensor required in garage ceiling.
