Create a path from the backside of property down to the beach. Special Conditions: As per all terms & conditions of DEC permit #1-4732-01186/00001 Exp. 6.22.30. Must install silt fence at property line & border of work area to contain runoff, to stay in place until re-vegetation has grown. Any runoff to wetlands or adjacent properties is a trigger and will require a SWPPP (permit), property owner must pay towns environmental consultant fees prior to issuance of CO.
