Construct an addition, interior renovations including some demolition of walls, new deck & septic work as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: As per all terms & conditions of Wetland permit #04-2025 dated March 20, 2025, ex. 3.20.27, as per ZBA Resolution #04-2025 dated 9.4.24. As per Tidal wetlands DEC Permit #1-4732-0059/000011 dated 2.24.2023 modified 10.16.23, & as per SCDHS approval R-23-1183 dated 10.29.23 for max of six bedrooms. As per all regulations of near shore overlay district. All exterior lighting must be "Dark Sky" compliant. All doors within swimming pool enclosure must be alarmed with UL 2017, & windows require sash limiters. Outdoor kitchen sink must drain into a separate drywell & must be inspected. Final green stamped survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, Septic Registry original electrical underwriter certificate & sign off from Town Environmentalist & payment made, must be submitted prior to issuance of CO. Separate permit required for any other work not included on this permit including Swimming pool, patios etc. Contractor: DCF Construction
