Construct a two-story, 32' x 28', with two bedrooms, accessory dwelling as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. with unfinished basement. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake front yard & rear yard setbacks & stakes to remain in place until a Foundation survey is submitted prior to start of framing. As per SCDHS permit R-25-0007 with total max of four bedrooms in main house and two in accessory. Window "C" in shower area required to be tempered glass, basement not to be used for sleeping purposes. All exterior doors within pool enclosure to have UL2017 alarms. All windows within pool enclosure to have sash limiters. Exterior lighting to be "Dark Sky" compliant. Original electrical underwriters certificate, blower door/duct blast test results, Final green stamp SCDHS survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, & septic registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
