Construct a 5,200 sq. ft.' single-family dwelling with six bedrooms, six full and two half baths with a detached 760 sq. ft.' garage with one bath and NO bedrooms, covered entry deck with stairs as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake all setbacks and stakes to remain in place prior to start of construction & a foundation survey with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to start of framing. As per all terms & conditions of SCDHS permit approval #R-25-1833 for SFD & Accessory building dated 11.13.25. Braced-shear wall design must be performed as indicated. All exterior doors withing pool enclosure require UL Listed 2017 alarms. All windows within future pool enclosure require sash limiters. Original electrical underwriter certificate, Blower door test & duct blast test results, final green stamped survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked all must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
