Construct a 625 sq. ft.' garage used for storage only as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS R-25-0572 dated 10.16.25 with max. of 6 bedrooms. All near shore district regulations apply. Basement to be used for Storage Only. All exterior lighting to be "Dark Sky" compliant. Updated final green stamped survey showing all improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate, & septic registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
