Construct a two-story, single-family dwelling approx. 2366 s/f with four bedrooms, unfinished basement, attached garage, and driveway as per plans submitted & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS approval R-25-1741 with max of six bedrooms, dated 10/29/25. Portal framing required at garage door opening & heat sensor required in garage ceiling. All doors within pool enclosure must have UL2017 alarms & windows to have limiters. All exterior lighting must be "dark sky" compliant. Gas fireplace to be installed as per manufacturers specs. Blower door/duct blast, water test results, final green stamped SCDHS survey showing all new improvements with setbacks marked, original electrical underwriter certificate, Septic & Well registry must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
