Construction of a heated Gunite in-ground swimming pool with built in spa 18' x 48' and decks and patios as per plans dated 10.15.25 by DiLandro Andrews Engineering & approved by Bldg. Dept. Special Conditions: Surveyor to stake patio & stakes to remain in place prior to start of construction as it is 100'1" from wetlands. Drywell inspection required. All pool ordinance & conditions apply. \n1. Must have wetlands staked & silt fence installed on 100' wetlands boundary. \n2. No plantings in 100' regulated area without wetlands approval.\n3. Must submit survey showing location of wall surrounding patio before continuing with completion of patio, showing actual distance from staked wetlands boundary & s/y setback.\n4. Grading cannot create runoff onto neighboring property or wetlands areas or a SWPPP will be required.\n5. No dewatering allowed.\n6. Must meet requirements of NYSDEC approved site plan & permit #1-4732-00905/00003 &\n7. SI Town wetlands permit #09-2025 dated 7.22.25.\n8. Any plantings in AVB or VB must be approved under wetlands permit.\n9. All near shore overlay rules apply\n10. Water receipt, original electrical underwriter certificate & must meet all the requirements of the current 2020 NY State Residential Pool Code Section R-326, updated final survey showing all new improvements including drywell location, pool equipment etc. with setbacks marked must be submitted prior to issuance of CO.
