Construct a commercial storage building with breakroom and office space - as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS reference #C-22-0001 dated 8.6.24 for industrial with office. Slab edge insulation R-15 will be required. Illuminated exit signs need to be properly located. Fire extinguishers shall be maintained in accordance with section 906 of the Fire Code of NY State and NFPA10 standard for portable fire extinguishers. An original, stamped electrical underwriters' certificate will be required. A final SCDHS green stamped survey required showing all improvements, with setbacks marked. Exterior lighting must be 'dark sky' compliant. Storage of hazardous materials must meet requirements of the uniform building and fire code of NY State and EPA regulations.
