Construct a commercial storage building with breakroom and office space - as per plans submitted and approved by Building Inspector. Special Conditions: As per SCDHS reference #C-22-0001 dated 8.6.24 for industrial with office. Slab edge insulation R-15 will be required. Illuminated exit signs need to be properly located. Fire extinguishers shall be maintained in accordance with section 906 of the Fire Code of NY State and NFPA10 standard for portable fire extinguishers.
