Demolition of existing accessory structure and construct a new 1643 s/f accessory apartment with one-car garage and a new IA/OWTS system. Special Conditions: Demolition of existing structure will require an asbestos abatement certificate. As per SCDHS permit #R-20-0265 for accessory apartment for a max of two bedrooms. Heat sensor required in garbage area. Exterior lighting to be 'dark sky' compliant. Well & Septic registry required. Blower door/duct blast test results required.
