Roof Replacement Scope of Work - Complete Roof Replacement Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials from the entire house down to the roof deck. Install 6 feet of ice and water shield from all roof eaves, in valleys, and around pipes, vents, and other roof penetrations. Install synthetic roofing underlayment over the entire remaining roof deck. Install new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles - Charcoal color over the entire roof. Properly flash and waterproof all pipes, vents, and roof penetrations.
